OUR APPROACH

We teach evidence-based interviewing approaches designed to maximize the quantity and quality of information investigators are able to gather from different type of interviewees in diverse and often sensitive investigative settings. Our approach is especially well-suited for corporate, government, regulatory and human resource environments where professionalism and tact are essential, and helps to mitigate the risks associated with the use of dated questioning methods; many of which have been shown to be both unreliable and unnecessarily aggressive.
